About this role
This role manages Nordstrom's Social Impact and Philanthropy programs by owning the end-to-end operations of cause marketing, partnerships, and employee giving (Nordstrom Cares/Benevity). It also drives impact reporting, metrics, and cross-functional stakeholder communications to sharpen strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end operations of cause marketing campaigns and corporate partnerships
- Manage Nordstrom Cares (Benevity) employee giving platform and employee giving/matching programs
- Lead impact reporting using metrics and insights
- Serve as primary point of contact for Giving and Nordstrom Cares inboxes
- Build and nurture relationships across cross-functional stakeholders (ESG, PR, Internal Communications, Finance, Legal, etc.)
Technical Overview
The scope centers on operational program management rather than software engineering, including impact reporting with metrics and insights. It uses Nordstrom Cares (Benevity) as a key platform for employee giving, while coordinating cross-functional program workflows and partner management.
