About this role
Program Manager to lead digital experience initiatives for the Customer Experience Suite at Southern Company Gas. Define scope, plan delivery, manage risks, and coordinate multi-functional teams in a high-tech development environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope and schedule; manage risks and issues; deliver value; lead status meetings; develop delivery plans
- Mentor and develop team members; remove roadblocks
- Partner with Digital Experience Support to drive adoption of new digital processes and technologies
- Define and manage a standardized PM process and drive continuous improvement
- Support Product Owner in managing customer expectations and project governance
Technical Overview
Emphasis on blending Agile and traditional PM practices, SDLC knowledge, and cross-functional leadership for digital projects; strong stakeholder management and governance experience.

The ideal candidate is a senior program manager with 5+ years leading cross-functional software/digital experience projects in a high-tech environment, adept at blending Agile and traditional PM approaches, and skilled at stakeholder communications and adoption of new digital processes.
