About this role
This role manages Small Project Accounting for construction and operations, from project review and set up through final project close out. You will handle contract administration, fixed asset and use tax reviews, audit-ready documentation, and support on-site store fixture installation as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract administration process for Consultants and General Contractors
- Manage project set up in Oracle and Purchasing systems (POMS)
- Review projects for correct Fixed Asset classification and use tax assessment
- Ensure accurate documentation of project transactions for auditing/internal review
- Lead On-Site Store Fixture Installation Process, traveling as needed
