Project Controls Manager - Kiewit Power Constructors

This role manages and leads project controls analytics to support data-driven decision making for project management teams. It ensures Kiewit’s project controls tools and automated reporting (InEight and P6) are set up correctly, maintained, and used to deliver accurate weekly and monthly insights.

• Ensure internal project controls software (InEight) and P6 are set up correctly and maintained
• Review automated weekly and monthly reporting for accuracy and improvement opportunities
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to project management
• Own budgeted, actual, and forecasted take-off quantities, manhours, and dollars
• Provide leadership and coaching to the project controls team and support internal audits

The technical scope is primarily systems and reporting for project controls: InEight and P6, including automated reporting setup, validation, and continuous improvement. The role also involves analysis of automated reporting results, contract-driven controls requirements, and production of management-ready reporting and internal audits.

The ideal candidate is a senior project controls professional with 8+ years of experience in business consulting, engineering, or construction. They have hands-on experience supporting project controls analytics and reporting, including InEight and P6, and can lead a project controls team while communicating insights to engineering and project management leaders.
