About this role
This role coordinates production project execution from initiation through completion by maintaining schedules, supporting drafting and production activities, and managing document control workflows. You will collaborate with internal managers and coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure budgets, timelines, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules in tools like Excel and CRM
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for planning
- Manage document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, progress reports)
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards with managers
Technical Overview
