This role oversees technology-related contracts, including preparation, review, and interpretation of terms; partners with internal stakeholders to support IT products and services and ensure governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Review agreements and ensure timely approvals
Act as intermediary between stakeholders and departments
Maintain audit-ready records
Coordinate contract amendments and onboarding
Prepare status reports

Focus on contract terms, SOWs, licensing, data-related provisions, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
