This role oversees technology-related contracts, including preparation, review, and interpretation of terms; partners with internal stakeholders to support IT products and services and ensure governance and compliance.

- Act as intermediary between stakeholders and departments
- Maintain audit-ready records
- Coordinate contract amendments and onboarding
- Prepare status reports
