About this role

BIM Coordinator to support the BIM group on electrical construction projects, delivering installation drawings and 3D/2D models, coordinating clashes, and maintaining BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and maintain BIM schedule
Clash detection meetings
Create 3D models and 2D drawings
QA/QC of BIM work
Train others on BIM standards

Technical Overview

Technical BIM scope including 3D modeling, 2D drafting, clash detection, installation drawings, redlines, QA/QC and BIM standards in electrical construction.

Ideal Candidate

Senior BIM coordinator with at least 5 years in electrical construction, capable of managing complex modeling and 3D/2D deliverables, coordinating with PMs and BIM managers, and ensuring standards and QA/QC across projects.
