Provide application support for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure applications, troubleshoot issues, and manage security and licensing in a remote environment. Support includes Tier 2 and 3 incident resolution and system configuration.

The ideal candidate is an experienced application support engineer with 3+ years supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, proficient in Windows and Linux environments, and familiar with tools like ALM Octane, UFT, and VMware. They possess a current Secret clearance and strong troubleshooting skills.
