Electrical Project Engineer II/III to provide PM and E&I engineering services for refinery projects, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Applies project management across all phases (development, justification, design, construction, startup)
  • Manages multiple projects within budget and schedule
  • Ensures MOC/PSI compliance and safety standards
  • Develops scope, estimates, and DSPs for capital/expense projects
  • Collaborates with stakeholders and participates in HAZOP reviews

Technical Overview

E&I engineering scope with MOC/PSI compliance, HAZOP participation, DSP development, and use of ETAP/SKM; coordination across maintenance, construction, and turnaround teams.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level electrical project engineer with refinery/E&I project experience, strong MOC/HAZOP knowledge, and proficiency with ETAP or SKM. They should be able to manage multiple capital/expense projects safely, within budget, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
