About this role

Project Implementation Technician is a client-facing IT role in an MSP, traveling to client sites to conduct discovery, scope onboardings, and coordinate project execution with engineers and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

Client discovery & scoping; Travel to client sites; Lead project execution with engineers; Update Autotask/IT Glue; Provide client communication and risk management

Technical Overview

Hands-on IT hardware/network/server experience with cloud platforms; proficient with Autotask, IT Glue, and other PSA/documentation tools; familiarity with Office 365 and VMware

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on IT field technician with 3+ years MSP experience, strong hardware/network/server skillset, and proficient with Autotask and IT Glue; willingness to travel to client sites and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
