Project Implementation Technician is a client-facing IT role in an MSP, traveling to client sites to conduct discovery, scope onboardings, and coordinate project execution with engineers and service teams.

  • Client discovery & scoping; Travel to client sites; Lead project execution with engineers; Update Autotask/IT Glue; Provide client communication and risk management
