About this role
The Project Manager will lead program-level planning, governance, and schedule integrity for the Rural Health Transformation Project. They will use Microsoft Project as the authoritative system to maintain the Integrated Master Schedule, manage RAID logs and change control, and deliver executive/steering committee reporting with compliance-grade traceability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in Microsoft Project
- Own RAID logs, governance registers, and decision logs
- Run change control processes with impact analyses and baseline updates
- Deliver executive and steering committee reporting with dashboards and KPIs
- Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies and align roadmap-to-backlog with Agile sprint delivery

The technical scope centers on schedule and portfolio management using Microsoft Project, including Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), baselines, critical paths, variance analysis, and resource leveling. The role also aligns Microsoft Project milestones with Agile sprint delivery coordinated with the Scrum Master.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Project Manager with strong program-level planning and governance experience, including hands-on mastery of Microsoft Project as the System of Record. They build and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), run RAID logs and change control, and produce executive/steering committee reporting with auditable schedule traceability for government transformation work.
