About this role

Project Manager on HealthEdge’s Business Optimization team, responsible for end-to-end delivery of enterprise health IT implementations across payer clients, driving process improvement and ensuring delivery discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules, task lists, and milestones
Lead end-to-end delivery of software implementations
Coordinate cross-functional activities
Identify and escalate risks and dependencies
Maintain project documentation

Technical Overview

Strong proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint; applying AI tools for workflow optimization in healthcare IT projects.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-career project manager with 2-4 years managing enterprise health IT implementations, proficient in Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint, and capable of applying AI-assisted workflow improvements in payer operations.

Must-Have Skills
