Project Manager on HealthEdge’s business optimization team, driving enterprise software implementations for health plan clients across the full implementation lifecycle with a focus on AI-enabled delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones
Lead end-to-end software implementations
Coordinate cross-functional teams
Identify and escalate risks and dependencies
Apply AI tools to improve reporting

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level project manager with 2–4 years of PM experience in SaaS/healthcare IT, comfortable with Agile/Scrum, waterfall or hybrid methods, and proficient with Smartsheet/Jira/Confluence/SharePoint.
