About this role
Project Manager for hospital, healthcare, and higher education construction projects in the Tampa area, coordinating site and office operations and managing master construction scheduling and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the master construction schedule; including procurement of contractors and materials, fabrication and manufacturing lead times, field coordination and installation, owner directives, architect directives, delays, field conditions
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with the Owner, Architect and consultants
- Meet at regular intervals with the Owner and Architect for project reviews
- Keep the client informed about budget and schedule
- Advise and counsel owner and architect as needed
