About this role
Kforce is seeking a UX Architect to design a consistent experience architecture across customer-facing interfaces and cross-channel touchpoints. The role emphasizes collaborative, human-centered design in an Agile environment, with exposure to financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate requirements into experience architectures across digital and real-world touchpoints
- Employ human-centered design techniques, such as conceptual models, personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Optimize architecture to promote findability and usability
- Review artifacts and deliverables to ensure they accurately represent design decisions
- Collaborate with distributed or offshore design teams
Technical Overview
Scope includes UX design, user research, prototyping, wireframes, design systems, and tools like Figma. Works within Agile product environments and across multichannel banking applications with onshore/offshore teams.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level UX Architect with 3-5+ years of UX/interaction/design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma. They are comfortable working in an Agile product environment and have exposure to banking/financial services and multi-channel applications.
