About this role

This Project Manager role supports high-priority finance initiatives within MassMutual’s Corporate Function Program Management Office (CFPMO). You will drive end-to-end delivery, including discovery funding artifacts, detailed planning and schedules, governance, financial management, risk tracking, and stakeholder reporting across complex corporate programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile Discovery artifacts such as Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA), Project Charter, Resource Plan, and Milestone Plan
  • Develop and maintain Detailed Planning artifacts and manage plan execution
  • Determine project scope and manage scope execution across complex, high-risk initiatives
  • Develop financial forecasts, track cost variance, and request budget changes via Change Request Process
  • Create governance and execution structure using RACI Matrix, Key-Person Risk Assessment, Third-Party Support Needs Assessment, and RAID logs

They are comfortable working across actuarial modeling, FP&A, data, and technology teams, including Anaplan reimplementation and optimization efforts.
