About this role
This Project Manager role manages complex rebar fabrication projects with detailing teams, products, and vendors from estimating to final completion. The position is responsible for contract management, scheduling and delivery coordination, change order processing, and ensuring contractual obligations are met in a safety-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex projects from estimating to project completion
- Provide total contract management including detailing, scheduling, delivery, and costs
- Oversee fulfillment of contractual obligations
- Coordinate project requirements with contractor representative, engineer, and/or architect
- Review changes and process change orders through acceptance by customer
Technical Overview
The technical scope is contract- and plan-based project execution: review contract documents/drawings, coordinate detailing, manage scheduling and costs, and process change documentation per company change order procedures. Coordination with contractors, engineers, and architects is central to the role.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Project Manager experienced managing complex rebar fabrication or similar projects from estimating through completion. They have strong contract management skills, can coordinate detailing teams and vendors, and reliably manage change orders while maintaining a strong safety-first and customer service environment.
