About this role
Manage complex projects with multiple detailers, products, placers, and vendors from estimating through final completion. Own total contract management, coordinate detailing, scheduling, delivery, and costs, and oversee fulfillment of contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- review contract documents/drawings and coordinate detailing efforts
- provide total contract management including coordination of detailing, scheduling, delivery and costs
- oversee fulfillment of contractual obligations for assigned projects
- coordinate project requirements with contractor representatives, rebar installer, engineer, and/or architect
- process change orders by reviewing changes for scope and accuracy and handling documentation per procedures
Technical Overview
Coordinates detailing and contract execution workflows by reviewing contract documents/drawings, interpreting contract terms, scheduling detailing and delivery, and processing change orders with accurate scope and documentation per procedures.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level project manager experienced with complex construction-related projects involving detailing, multiple vendors, and rebar-related work. They are strong in contract management from estimating through final completion, including change order processing, scheduling, delivery coordination, and ensuring contractual obligations while leading safety compliance.
