Project Manager

This Project Manager role leads and manages large, key project plans for multi-disciplinary operational initiatives. It includes managing project intake, developing charters and work plans, tracking progress in a project database, and driving on-time, on-budget delivery with continuous process improvement.

• Serve as single point of contact for key operations business improvement or project initiatives
• Maintain and update the project tracking database and provide regular status updates
• Develop charters, work plans, and manage project scope, issues, changes, communications and quality
• Recommend improvements to project management methodologies and propose training as needed
• Conduct post-delivery follow-up, facilitate lessons learned, and implement process improvements to reduce rework

The role is primarily project management and operational delivery support, centered around maintaining a project tracking database and producing regular project status updates and leadership reporting. It emphasizes project acceptance criteria, service standards, and process improvements rather than specific software engineering or IT system administration.
