About this role
SOSi is seeking a Project Manager to lead execution of a government contract task order with a focus on USSOCOM J39 mission requirements. The PM will manage overall performance, quality assurance, staffing, and compliance (including OPSEC and DoD policies) while serving as the primary interface with Government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall management, direction, and leadership for contract task order
- Ensure quality assurance and enforce QC/QA processes
- Manage task order performance across technical and business processes
- Serve as primary point of contact for the Government and address issues
- Oversee integrated program management (cost, schedule, performance, risk, resources)
Technical Overview
This role centers on integrated program management for a contract task order, including cost, schedule, performance, risk, and resource management. It requires developing and maintaining program management artifacts (project plans, schedules, risk registers, and performance metrics) and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to align deliverables with USSOCOM J39 priorities.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced Project Manager with 3+ years of hands-on contract task order leadership in a mission-driven government environment. They have a current Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and strong integrated program management skills across cost, schedule, performance, risk, and resources, with a proven focus on quality assurance and OPSEC compliance.
