Senior Project Manager oversees large, cross-functional IT projects across Corporate Services functions, applying SAFe, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. Responsible for planning, execution, resource alignment, and governance to ensure on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional technical teams using SAFe, Agile, and traditional Waterfall
Own project planning and execution across scope, requirements, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies
Partner with Delivery Managers and Product Owners to secure resources
Develop and leverage project metrics to drive continuous improvement
Communicate progress to stakeholders and manage risks/issues

Technical Overview

Requires strong familiarity with SAFe and Agile practices, project planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication; uses Jira and Microsoft Project for tracking.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior IT project manager with 5+ years leading cross-functional teams, proficient in SAFe, Agile, and Waterfall, and with PMP preferred. Strong stakeholders management, budgeting, and delivery focus are essential for multi-product portfolios.
