The ideal candidate is a bilingual project manager with 3+ years leading large enterprise CMS migrations, strong Drupal experience, and Azure cloud familiarity; PMP/Agile preferred, able to manage multisite Drupal deployments and Azure AD SSO integration in a federal context.
