This role is a Project Manager for DHI Engineering responsibilities, coordinating engineering work from planning through completion. The Project Manager leads internal teams, manages schedules and budgets, performs quality control before external release, and maintains compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

You will plan, schedule, and coordinate engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance to codes and accepted engineering practices. The job emphasizes technical writing (work plans, contract documents, summary reports, and correspondence) and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, along with Construction Phase Services support such as site visits, bid documents, submittal reviews, and pay applications.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level civil engineering Project Manager with 4+ years of experience in Land Development Projects and strong leadership skills. They hold an active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (or can obtain it) and have hands-on proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, including producing technical writing such as work plans and contract documents. They can manage project schedules, budgets, quality control, and client/jurisdictional agency coordination through completion.
