About this role
Project Manager, HR Technology leads moderate-to-high complexity HRIS projects globally, partnering with HR COEs and business units to scope, design, configure, and roll out HRIS solutions, while managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead moderate to high complexity global HRIS projects and programs with multiple work streams
- Partner with HR COEs and BUs to scope business problems and requirements; design, configure and rollout HRIS solutions
- Establish project goals, milestones, and procedures; coordinate resources
- Lead project calls, assign work and manage timeline/outcomes
- Provide governance, change management and stakeholder updates
Technical Overview
Technology-focused HRIS project delivery with SDLC governance, both waterfall and agile practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ideal Candidate
Senior HRIS/project management professional with 8+ years of global HRIS delivery experience, strong requirements gathering, UAT, and deployment skills, and excellent communication. Comfortable with both waterfall and agile methodologies and working with cross-border stakeholders.
