The Project Manager II serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customer programs, coordinating all phases of mid-to-large account projects. The role owns delivery performance across operational, financial, and customer satisfaction targets, ensuring projects stay on time, within scope, and on budget.

It includes reviewing architectural design and fixture drawings, monitoring labor/cost/margin via reporting, and analyzing budgets and P&L with Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft Project.

The ideal candidate is a project management professional with at least 5 years of experience managing mid-to-large customer accounts and complex project lifecycles in a consumer or manufacturing environment. They are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Microsoft Project) and can coordinate timelines, drawings approvals, production progress, and financial targets (budgets, P&L, margin analysis).
