About this role
Project Manager – IT Service Delivery leads ITIL-aligned ITSM and ITAM initiatives, managing cross-functional technical teams and ensuring standardized IT service management practices. You will develop detailed plans, facilitate workshops, and drive adoption and governance across client organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ITSM and ITAM implementation initiatives
- Develop and manage detailed project plans
- Coordinate stakeholder workshops
- Oversee ITSM process documentation
- Track project performance and report progress
Technical Overview
Focus on ITIL/ITSM/ITAM frameworks, RACIs, SOPs, and change management; experience coordinating with enterprise clients; PMP and ITIL certifications are important.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an ITIL-aligned project manager with 7+ years directing ITSM/ITAM initiatives in enterprise or public-sector environments, strong stakeholder and change management skills, and PMP certification.
