About this role

Manage IT Asset Management (ITAM) related projects, governance, and policy work for software licensing compliance. Lead cross-functional coordination and committee-based governance to support regulatory and internal control requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ITAM projects and related governance/policy/audit functions
  • Maintain strong understanding of ITAM lifecycle processes, licensing, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
  • Collaborate with Legal, Audit, Cybersecurity, and Procurement stakeholders
  • Lead steering committees, governance committees and/or working groups
  • Drive documentation to support policy and procedure development

Technical Overview

Own the project/program delivery for Technology Asset Management processes, including lifecycle governance, licensing compliance oversight, and audit-ready internal controls. Partner with Legal, Audit, Cybersecurity, and Procurement to ensure documentation and governance procedures are developed and maintained.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior project manager with 7+ years of experience across IT Asset Management, IT Governance, Compliance, or Risk Management, including 3+ years managing ITAM projects and governance/policy/audit work in a global organization. They understand ITAM lifecycle processes, licensing, regulatory requirements, and internal controls, and can lead steering/governance committees while collaborating with Legal, Audit, Cybersecurity, and Procurement.
