About this role
Lead the planning and execution of amenity campuses and land development work across multiple communities. Own end-to-end amenity development—from due diligence and permitting through bidding, construction oversight, warranty, and HOA turnover—while managing budgets, schedules, cash flow, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of amenity campuses across multiple communities
- Manage all phases of amenity development (due diligence, budgeting, permitting, bidding, construction oversight, warranty, HOA turnover)
- Direct consultant/contractor selection, negotiation, performance, quality, schedule adherence, and budget control
- Coordinate with municipalities and government agencies from entitlement to final acceptance
- Manage utilities (sanitary sewer, water, gas, storm management) and storm water/air pollution compliance
Technical Overview
This is a development and program management role for land development and amenities, with technical scope around utilities, permitting, entitlement, and compliance for storm water and air pollution. The role heavily involves budgeting, scheduling, and invoice/development contract management.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Project Manager (Career Level P3) who has led amenity and land development projects across multiple communities. They manage end-to-end development phases—due diligence, budgeting, permitting, bidding, construction oversight, warranty, and HOA turnover—while coordinating with municipalities, managing utilities, and ensuring storm water and air pollution compliance.
