HF Sinclair Midstream is seeking a Project Manager to independently manage multiple capital and expense projects from conception to completion. The role supports plant profitability, safety, and reliability while acting as a development resource for less experienced project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of complex midstream projects from conception to completion
- Build, manage and motivate cross-functional project teams
- Prepare project charters and AFE estimates for funding approval
- Oversee designs and builds for pipelines and facility/plant modifications
- Manage RFPs, bid packages, change orders, and pre/post construction documentation
Technical Overview
This role emphasizes project delivery for midstream pipeline and facility/plant additions and modifications, including oversight of designs and builds, engineering productivity and cost management, and control of drawings/design package signoff. It also requires disciplined project documentation and governance (project charters, AFEs, MOCs, risk registers, PSSRs) and coordination of construction scheduling across contractors and operations/impacted departments.
