About this role
This Project Manager role in HF Sinclair Midstream manages a portfolio of capital and expense projects from conception to completion. The work focuses on improving plant profitability, safety, and reliability while providing ongoing plant support and development support to less experienced project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define projects using business case, objectives, risks, and scope
- Prepare and present project charters and AFE estimates and ROI
- Build and lead cross-functional teams and ensure regulatory/environmental/safety compliance
- Oversee pipeline, facility, and plant design/build activities including drawing package signoff
- Manage procurement bids and execution controls including RFPs, change orders, MOCs, and risk registers
Technical Overview
The position oversees multi-disciplinary project planning, engineering design oversight (including drawing and design package signoff), and procurement-driven execution through RFPs, bid packages, and purchase orders. It also manages lifecycle governance with job plans, MOCs, risk registers, PSSRs, and coordinated construction scheduling with safety and operations stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a midstream project manager who can independently run multiple capital and expense projects ($100K - $5MM) from conception to completion.
