Key Responsibilities
- Overall management and administration of projects
- Primary liaison between AECOM and client stakeholders
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract management, and closeout
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and quality
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical/contractual/commercial issues
Technical Overview
This is a non-software project management role involving end-to-end project administration across scope, schedule, budget, staffing, procurement, contract management, and closeout. It requires coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and producing comprehensive client and internal reporting while ensuring compliance with QA and safety standards.
