About this role
Manage detailing and rebar (and/or concrete) projects from estimating to final completion, coordinating multiple detailers, products, and vendors. Provide total contract management including scheduling, delivery, costs, and ensuring contractual obligations are met while supporting a customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- review contract documents/drawings and coordinate detailing efforts
- provide total contract management including detailing coordination, scheduling, delivery, and costs
- oversee fulfillment of contractual obligations for assigned projects
- coordinate requirements with contractor representative, rebar installer, engineer, and/or architect
- schedule detailing and delivery and manage change order scope and documentation per procedures
Technical Overview
Oversees project execution workflow by reviewing contract documents/drawings, coordinating detailing efforts, and scheduling delivery of required products and services using the company business system and industry standards. Handles contract performance through documentation and change order processes, including interpreting and explaining plans and contract terms to stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level detailing project manager with rebar and/or concrete construction experience who can manage complex projects from estimating to final completion. They bring strong contract management skills, coordinating detailing, scheduling, delivery, and costs while ensuring fulfillment of contractual obligations and adherence to safety programs.
