Contract Project Specialist role supporting senior leadership on strategy, planning, and operational initiatives. The position coordinates cross-functional workstreams, creates executive-ready PowerPoint communications, and compiles reporting and portfolio-level visibility.

Technical Overview
This is not a heavy-coding role, but it requires experience working with technology teams and using common collaboration/project tools (preferred: Smartsheet, SharePoint, MS Project, JIRA). You will focus on reporting, tracking, portfolio submissions, and operational reviews using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience supporting project coordination and PMO-style work, including creating PowerPoint decks and leadership-ready written updates. They are strong in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, comfortable pulling data and running reports, and can coordinate across stakeholders in fast-paced technology environments.
