Project Manager - Scientific Communications & Digital Operations

Manage operational excellence for the Scientific Communications and Independent Medical Education team by coordinating timelines, processes, and systems. Ensure publication plans and congress deliverables are executed on time with compliant digital content management and governance.

• Manage end-to-end project timelines for abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and presentations
• Oversee publication submissions and ensure compliance with Good Publication Practice (GPP) guidelines
• Maintain publication status updates, author communications, and version control using appropriate systems
• Lead Scientific Communications SharePoint site organization and maintenance
• Support digital posting/version management using Content Lab and/or VeeVa and manage digital archiving

You will manage content via SharePoint and systems such as VeeVa and Content Lab, maintain version control, track publication status updates in tools like iEnvision and PubSTRAT, and support compliant journal and congress submission processes.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level Project Manager experienced in scientific communications and digital operations, managing publication plans and congress deliverables end-to-end. They are detail-oriented with strong compliance instincts (Good Publication Practice (GPP) guidelines), can manage review cycles and version control in content systems, and have hands-on experience maintaining SharePoint-based content libraries using platforms like VeeVa and Content Lab.
