Project Manager – State Buildings; manage project development from conception through completion, oversee construction oversight, resolve complex challenges, and manage budgets and schedules for large-scale state building projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project development from conception through completion
Provide construction oversight and resolve complex issues
Develop reports, meeting minutes, budgets, schedules, and project controls
Manage change orders and contractor payments
Ensure OSHA safety and quality standards on site

Technical Overview

Strong knowledge of construction management practices, OSHA safety standards, cost control, and coordination with designers and facilities. Experience with change orders, contractor payments, and project controls.

Ideal Candidate

An experienced project manager with 8+ years of large-scale building/rehabilitation experience, OSHA 10/30 certified, and strong cost control and scheduling skills. Proven ability to lead job-site safety, coordinate with designers and clients, and manage contractor payments and change orders.

Must-Have Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Construction ManagementEngineering or related fieldMinimum 8 years of experience in construction involving large-scale building/rehabilitation projectsAt least four years' experience as an Assistant Project Manager responsible for large-scale projects over $10 millionOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
