About this role
Own assigned projects from inception to completion, managing logistics, planning, coordination, client interaction, vendor coordination, scheduling, and billing. The role coordinates across sales, engineering, and installation teams to ensure specifications and delivery timelines are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with IT engineering to ensure adequate Engineering resources and meet deadlines
- Coordinate with AV engineering to ensure specifications are met and approve equipment changes from the bill of materials
- Coordinate with purchasing to order equipment and track delivery to meet deadlines
- Take projects from inception to completion with logistics, client interaction, vendor coordination, and internal communications
- Own project budgets, work flow scheduling, and billing
Technical Overview
Coordinates AV engineering and purchasing activities, including reviewing and approving equipment changes from the bill of materials and ensuring engineering resources meet project deadlines. Partners with field logistics for on-site project work and maintains project budgets and operational communications throughout delivery.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a project manager who has owned complex projects end-to-end, coordinating logistics, client communications, vendors, and internal teams. They are comfortable managing project budgets and schedules while partnering closely with engineering and field logistics to deliver AV/installation solutions.
