About this role

Coordinate end-to-end production of proposals and marketing collateral while performing quality control to ensure accuracy and brand compliance. Support graphics and writing/proofreading for SOQs/RFQs and related business development materials.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate to plan, develop, and produce quality SOQs/RFQs and proposals
Lead kickoff meetings and manage pursuit team schedules
Write, update, and proofread proposal and marketing content for compliance and quality
Coordinate proposal text creation and consistent persuasive tone
Create/facilitate graphics, design layouts, and visuals for proposals

Technical Overview

Primarily a marketing/proposal operations role with hands-on production using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Produces and formats SOQs/RFQs and supports graphic design layouts and visuals for proposal deliverables.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a marketing professional with 2+ years of marketing experience who can independently coordinate proposal production and ensure high-quality, compliant deliverables. They are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and have experience writing, updating, and proofreading proposal and marketing content.
