About this role

This role owns and evolves the technology product portfolio supporting Claims and Provider Engineering. The Senior Director translates business, operational, and regulatory requirements into product roadmaps and governance, balancing run-the-business stability, modernization, and innovation with measurable value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for claims and provider platforms
Translate regulatory and operational needs into product visions and backlogs
Drive portfolio planning, budget cycles, and value narratives (ROI, cost optimization)
Establish product governance, intake, prioritization, and KPIs tracking
Partner with engineering and operations leadership to align technology roadmaps to SLAs and delivery risk

The scope covers claims and provider platform domains including adjudication, provider data, pricing, payment integrity, integrations, and digital gateways. The role emphasizes building products with operability, observability, security, and extensibility, and guiding adoption of API-first, cloud-native, event-driven, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
