Westlake Pipe & Fittings is seeking a PVCO Operations Manager to lead startup PVCO manufacturing operations at the Wichita Falls, TX facility. The role focuses on building stable, efficient production while driving safety, quality, cost performance, and team development during ramp-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily plant operations for safety, quality, service, and cost goals
  • Drive operational excellence across production, maintenance, and quality
  • Develop short- and long-term operating and maintenance strategies
  • Perform RCA and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Optimize staffing, training, workforce development, and inventory management

Technical Overview

This is a manufacturing operations leadership role centered on PVCO extrusion manufacturing. The manager will manage production, maintenance, and quality performance, analyze operational data, and lead RCA and CAPA to correct and prevent process failures while establishing operating and maintenance strategies.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on manufacturing leader with proven extrusion manufacturing experience who can build PVCO production operations during plant ramp-up.
