Help Desk Specialist I providing IT support for end users and external vendors across hardware/software, with responsibilities including ticketing, remote/onsite assistance, and on-call rotations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone, webchat, and in-person support
- Research and resolve basic network/hardware/software issues
- Document issues and resolutions
- Perform end-user computer refreshes
- Maintain professional service during office moves
Technical Overview
Windows and AD/Exchange-focused client support; hardware troubleshooting; familiarity with VNC and Cisco AnyConnect; ticketing and end-user support skillset.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-to-mid level IT help desk professional with 2-4 years of experience supporting Windows environments, AD, Exchange, and MS Office, and comfortable working onsite in Arlington, TX with occasional travel.
