Key Responsibilities

Develop Test Cases and Test Scripts for large software modules
Test software releases from development
Document and track defects
Work with developers/DBAs to diagnose issues
Review software documentation with technical writer

Technical Overview

Extensive hands-on testing across backend and frontend, SQL and T-SQL, backend database testing, and QA tooling (Jira, Bugzilla, Quality Center). Familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior QA Analyst with 5+ years of software testing experience, strong SQL (intermediate level), and a proven ability to develop test cases and manage defects in a hybrid Palm Harbor environment.
