About this role
Support quality assurance activities for Whitebridge Pet by running lab calibrations and documenting quality control tests, including water activity and finished-product checks. Also support oven operations and manufacturing sanitation, startup, changeover, and shutdown activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily calibrations and maintain lab cleanliness
- Conduct and document QC tests on finished products and water activity
- Document and resolve product holds and participate in lab proficiency testing
- Manage lab inventory and run required testing documentation
- Operate, monitor, and unload ovens; support sanitation and equipment startup/changeover/shutdown
Technical Overview
Quality lab technician duties include daily calibrations, lab cleanliness, inventory management, and documented QC testing across parameters such as residual oxygen, net weights, shelf life, and foreign material, plus water activity measurements. The role also includes oven operations (operate, monitor, unload) and participation in production equipment changeovers and shutdowns.
