About this role
Responsible for administering and maintaining qualified retirement plan benefit records and related processes. Supports employees and partners with internal/external stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely handling of 401(k) data and participant requests while meeting federal and state requirements.

Technical Overview
Works with 401(k) recordkeeper/administrator uploads and reconciles results into Workday (or a designated HRIS). Handles per-pay-period funding and payroll adjustments, supports annual compliance and audit documentation, and processes plan vendor invoices and payments.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level benefits/qualified plans professional with 2+ years of experience administering qualified and defined contribution plans, including 401(k) file loads and reconciliations. They are detail-oriented with strong participant support experience (eligibility, enrollments, loans, and distributions) and can support annual compliance cycles and audit documentation. Familiarity with Workday/HRIS and vendor invoice/payment processing is a strong advantage.
