About this role
This role develops, implements, and maintains quality assurance/control programs for auto claims. You will assess quality, analyze trends and root causes, maintain performance measurement frameworks, and advise stakeholders with recommendations that support compliance and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver quality programs and activities for compliance and strategic objectives
- Support quality management systems and regulatory alignment
- Conduct analysis using technology and data tools to identify trends and root causes
- Maintain performance measurement frameworks with leading and lagging indicators
- Serve as main point of contact for First Party Injury and Examiner teams including calibration needs
