Quality Assurance Analyst II- Getzville NY

Quality Assurance Analyst II monitors and audits activities to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations, communicates findings, and identifies trends to mitigate recurring issues. The role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail in a hybrid work setting.

• Monitor and/or complete audits of activities of a complex nature
• Identify issues of non-compliance and communicate to appropriate parties
• Maintain records of discovered deficiencies and regular reporting
• Identify potential areas for process or procedural improvements and assist in implementing those changes
• Provide guidance and training to less experienced personnel

Focus on auditing processes, risk and regulatory standards, compliance controls, and reporting using Excel/Word/PowerPoint; trains and guides less experienced staff.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level QA analyst with 2+ years in auditing or risk/compliance, strong analytical skills, and experience with internal controls and regulatory standards.
