About this role
ServiceNow Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery for ServiceNow programs; own scrum execution and team velocity; work with Lead BA and Technical Leads to ensure backlog readiness and story definition; maintain DoR/DoD and enable timely, quality releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives)
- Track and improve team velocity, sprint predictability, and delivery efficiency
- Identify and remove impediments
- Ensure Definition of Ready and Definition of Done are followed
- Support breakdown of epics into actionable user stories
Technical Overview
Stack includes ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITAM, CMDB) and delivery tools Jira and Azure DevOps; implement and govern Agile practices; coordinate with BAs and Tech Leads for backlog and story refinement.

The ideal candidate is a senior Scrum Master with ServiceNow experience who can lead agile delivery for ServiceNow programs, collaborate with BAs and Technical Leads, and manage cross-functional teams.
Must-Have Skills
