About this role
Quality Engineer responsible for maintaining and improving the site's Quality Management System, facilitating inspection and testing planning, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement within Baker Hughes’ oilfield service center.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates root cause analysis of nonconformities; Maintains site QMS documentation; Conducts internal and external quality audits; Sets up inspection/testing plans and QIRs in SAP; Drives continuous improvement and data-driven quality metrics
Technical Overview
Hands-on quality engineering with QMS, API and ISO standards, SAP-based QA processes, ITPs and QIRs, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure product quality and compliance.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of quality management experience in oil & gas, with deep knowledge of API Q1/Q2, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 29001, and SAP-based QMS; capable of leading root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
