Quality engineer specialist responsible for leading advanced quality initiatives across aerospace programs, driving preventive and corrective actions and strengthening QMS effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level technical leadership across programs; Lead cross-functional investigations; Develop and standardize QMS policies and processes; Report quality risks to leadership; Mentor engineers and operations teams
Technical Overview
Extensive experience with PFMEA, control plans, GD&T; strong data analysis and statistical methods; AI-enabled tooling integration; familiarity with MBD/3DX/MES and ITAR/EAR implications.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced aerospace quality engineer with 5+ years in quality systems, capable of leading investigations, applying PFMEA and control plans, and integrating AI-enabled insights into quality processes.
