About this role
Serve as a Quality consulting and solutions partner for Intelex customers and prospects. You lead discovery, needs assessment, demonstrations, and thought leadership while advising on Quality processes and compliance using Intelex software.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Quality Management subject matter expert for customers and internal teams
- Partner with customers to understand Quality challenges and recommend improvements
- Analyze customer processes, systems, and data to identify trends and gaps
- Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales to support pipeline growth and deliver demos
- Create thought leadership content and support training/knowledge sharing
Technical Overview
This role is focused on Quality Management solution consulting rather than software engineering. You analyze customer processes and data to identify continuous improvement opportunities, align solutions to Quality standards such as ISO 9001, and translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and services.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Quality Management subject matter expert with strong client-facing consulting experience. They have experience leading discovery sessions, needs assessments, and solution positioning, and they can analyze customer processes to drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance outcomes using quality software.
