Lead quality initiatives across PACCAR/Kenworth plants by administering ISO Quality Management System, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality initiatives across North American truck plants
- Direct Kenworth's ISO Quality Management System including audits and corrective actions
- Develop CTQ strategies and Control Plans
- Collaborate with Corporate Quality and Manufacturing Excellence to advance EWI performance
- Communicate status via leadership meetings
Technical Overview
Hands-on quality systems leadership with DFMEA/PFMEA, Quality Control and Control Plans, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and data visualization tools.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level quality systems engineer with 5+ years of ISO QMS experience in manufacturing, proficient DFMEA/PFMEA, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
