About this role
Quantitative User Experience Researcher II role within Expedia Group’s Product Team and Research function. You will run quantitative UX research across the product ecosystem and turn measurement frameworks into actionable insights for product, design, and engineering partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative UX research (surveys, experiments, behavioral analysis, telemetry)
- Translate statistical findings into narratives, visualizations, and recommendations
- Partner cross-functionally to define research questions and study plans
- Build and maintain scalable measurement frameworks (metrics, dashboards, scorecards)
- Use quantitative research tools and data pipelines to improve efficiency, data quality, and reproducibility
Technical Overview
Technical scope centers on quantitative research methods (surveys, experiments, behavioral data analysis) and product telemetry. You will build scalable measurement frameworks using metrics, dashboards, and scorecards, with possible integration of AI/ML concepts and emphasis on data pipelines, data quality, and reproducibility.
